DIRECTING
Since 2018, Brenna has been directing and producing work in the St. Louis region. She specializes in youth theatre with her troupe, Half Act Theatre Company, and is also producing for the Riverside Theatre Project, which is a cross-community collaboration between artists and organizations from St. Louis and artists and organizations from her rural hometown of Hermann, Missouri.

A Friend to Love was Half Act's first ever musical and had two iterations in the summer of 2024. Each cast was given just two weeks to learn, rehearse, and perform the musical. This production was part of Half Act's summer camp season and included 29 actors ages 7-14.
